1. Agreement to these Terms

In these Terms, “BuildCores,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean BuildCores LLC. The “Service” means www.buildcores.com, its subdomains, the BuildCores mobile applications, and the related software, content, and features we make available. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account. Promptly notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Your content

“User Content” means builds, setups, completed-build posts, images, profile information, comments, and other material you upload, submit, or make available through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant BuildCores a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, including displaying content you choose to make public.

You represent that you own or have the rights needed to submit your User Content and grant this license. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• use another person’s account or impersonate another person or organization;
• interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security, access controls, or operation of the Service;
• access the Service or Content through unauthorized automated means, including scraping or crawling;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, 3D assets, or data from the Service;
• copy, sell, license, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or Content without our prior written permission; or
• use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of BuildCores, our users, suppliers, or any other person.

5. Product information and third-party services

Product specifications, compatibility results, pricing, availability, retailer listings, images, and other information on the Service may be supplied by us, users, retailers, manufacturers, or other third parties. They can change and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is an informational tool and does not guarantee that a part is compatible, available, correctly priced, safe, or suitable for your particular use. Verify important details directly with the manufacturer or retailer before purchasing, assembling, or using hardware.

The Service may contain third-party links, advertisements, integrations, or offers. Your dealings with those third parties, including any purchase, are between you and the third party and are governed by its terms and policies. BuildCores does not control or endorse, and is not responsible for, third-party services or content.

6. Pro subscriptions, billing, and purchases

Some features of the Service require a paid BuildCores Pro subscription or another purchase. The price, currency, billing period, included features, trial terms, and whether a purchase automatically renews will be shown at or before checkout. If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel it before the applicable renewal date.

Purchases may be processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat web billing, Stripe, or another provider identified at checkout. That provider’s terms govern payment processing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Manage a mobile subscription through the app store that processed it; manage a web subscription through the secure billing portal made available in the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the provider states otherwise. Deleting your BuildCores account does not cancel an active subscription.

Except where required by applicable law or the payment provider’s policy, fees are non-refundable. You may be able to restore an eligible mobile purchase through the Service after signing in to the associated BuildCores account.

7. Mobile applications and app stores

If you download or use a BuildCores mobile application through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, the applicable store’s terms and policies also apply to your use of that application and related purchases. The app store is not responsible for providing the Service. To the extent required by an applicable app-store agreement, that app store and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the application obtained through its store.

8. Intellectual property

Except for User Content, the Service and its Content, including software, product data, text, photographs, images, graphs, videos, graphics, 3D models, renderings, interactive assets, trademarks, and logos, are owned by BuildCores or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, BuildCores grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

No right to copy, scrape, crawl, extract, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, sell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any Content is granted unless we give prior written permission. This restriction expressly includes 3D assets, product data, and derivative product assets.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or used the Service in a way that could harm BuildCores, our users, or third parties. We may also modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BuildCores disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that Content will be complete or accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildCores and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to BuildCores for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes, severability, and waiver

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by another appropriate method. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
